[Clipart] Incoming Clipart

I upload an svg into the incoming clip art thing, and it confirms
that I have, but then when I go to the list, it is there, but it says
the file size is 0.0 kb and when I click on it I get some weird
message and not an image. Why?  I am just trying to put something
into the library.  This is the fourth time it has done that
