[Clipart] PC Advisor promotion

Open Clip Art Library is a completely free collection of clipart images, 
free to use and distribute.
If Computer Buyer distributed our collection, they did it probably 
because it was considered useful for their readers/users, not because of 
a mutual agreement.
We do not require anything from people using or distributing our images. 
A mention is appreciated but not required.

The only thing we have which may be considered exchange of publicity is 
affiliations: http://openclipart.org/wiki/index.php/Affiliations but I 
think it is mainly targeted at other FOSS projects.
