[Clipart] invalid SVG in OpenClipArtLibrary collection

Even my most recent files seem to have this in them....

These files got cenverted to SVG in Adobe, but then saved as Plain SVG
in Inkscape.

It seems adobe does put this in.

Below is the most simple adobe file I could make. I drew one rectangle
and the saved it as SVG turning OFF all the options in the save dialog.
The "preserve" is still there. In fact I could not find a combination
of save options that did not include this in the file.

Apperently this tag has to do with how white space is handled. I found
this in a mail list archive.

Following is a link to an article which talks about this.

I'm not sure Adobe users can create files without this tag, unless we
manually remove it.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

enable-background="new 0 0 180.311 189.506" xml:space="preserve">

Do we still have these files in our collection? There is a tool I
believe that Jonadab created. Jonadab, could you enlighten us please :)
