I had set up a filter which eliminates all <div> tags, which was
effective at preventing this class of spam.  However, <div> tags are
useful, and it was requested to restore it.  We knew that would result
in more spam cleaning work.  If someone has some time to work on this
further, a possibly good approach would be to set up a filter based on
<div> AND 'display:none'.
