[Clipart] what is clipart?

It could be linked in the "Clip Art Information" box on the main page
once it is in a usable state.

Please note that I did not already actually tag the images, since I
first wanted to hear your thoughts on this. Is the "stye_" prefix for
tags a good idea? Should we use less descriptive and shorter names?

Feel free to edit the page and improve it!
