[Clipart] Unable to upload an svg file

Hello !

This is my first message here.

I used to update from time to time the "Repository" file on my svg filters area at this page :

http://openclipart.org/media/files/ivan_louette/13735

And this time I can't do it. I got the following message :

"/var/www/openclipart.org/htdocs/cclib/cc-fileverify.php"(226):
Uninitialized string offset: 0 [2009-08-09 15:03
pm][127.0.0.1][/media/file/add/13735]

What did I wrong ?
