[Clipart] Admins: What would the valid reasons for banning an image be?

Admins: What would the valid reasons for banning a clipart from OCAL be?
The only ones I can think of at the moment is:

Violating copyright, or
Not a Public Domain clipart

Since we don't censor on OCAL, nudity or language wouldn't be a valid
reason. Any other applicable reasons?
