[Clipart] Towards the Open Clip Art Library 2.8 Release on Dec 6, 2010

Hi all, we are trying to do a better job getting more people involved
in the releases I've been running via Fabricatorz in a military
fashion and on a monthly metronome. Part of that was to move our bugs
and blueprints to Launchpad. The next part has been to freshen up the
bugs and features. And now, I'm hoping we can get more people
involved!

If you look at the upcoming release page:

You will notice there are a few blueprints that no one has taken on.
Right now, Brad Phillips and Bassel are taking on most tasks. Chovynz
and fosdevel (cgbug) have taken on some too. I'm hopeful that others
will step up and help out on the remaining tasks:

Show who are the admins and librarians on the artists page. Pretty
simple Aiki Task.

We really need your help to add more details to the bugs and help to
