[Clipart] "Can't login" bugs

There are about four or five bugs that say they can't log in or register for
various reasons. I've been having a look to se if there is a pattern and am
unable to find one (other than it don't work on IE8.)

These are only the reported bugs. Think how many people are out there and
might not be reporting the bug?

There are 14 people who have reported this bug of being unable to register.
I'm changing the bugs to critical and moving their milestone to 2.9. I think
it's pretty important to get these sorted and the signin page working on all
browsers.
