[Clipart] Copyrighted image removal

Heya all!

One guy contacted us on FB about his copyrighted image, that was vectorised
and uploaded to OCAL by some another guy.
His claim seems valid, so I've marked it as 'pd_issue' and want to purge
this crap out from OCAL.
