[Clipart] question about pic

In my opinion I would just delete it without notice. First of all it is 
a real photograph of a real person placed into an svg file. It is for 
sure not going with CC0 or PD and even if it were, OCAL would need to 
obtain a model release form on top of that to allow any use of it.
