[Cogl] Introspection improvements

Hi all,

In an effort to improve Cogl introspection and hopefully get Cogl to 
work from Javascript with Gjs, I pushed a branch with obvious 
introspection fixes here :

If people can review these patches, I would like to get these upstream 
before looking at the introspection support using fundamental types.
