[Cogl] Introspection on Cogl 2.0

Hi all,

I just pushed a branch with the introspection modifications I've been 
working on for the past 2 weeks here :

It's working quite well with GJs so far.
To play with this you will also need some Gjs patches :

https://github.com/djdeath/gjs/commits/master (hopefully it will go 
upstream soon).

But anyway, it could be useful for other bindings as well.

I'm looking forward to comments/feedback on patches so we can have this 
upstream.
