[Cogl] 2.0-experimental pc files

Hi all,

Looking at the pc files on the cogl-1.18 branch, I'm wondering whether
there might be a mistake in there.
Most of the 2.0-experimental pc files depend on cogl-1.0, which should
probably be cogl-2.0-experimental instead :
