[Cogl] Proposal for re-licensing to MIT license

Hi!

I got a mail from Robert asking if I'd be ok with my Cogl changes being
re-licensed under the MIT license. I hereby grant that permission.

Cogl is a very useful project, and if a more liberal license can
increase its utility further, that's great. I'd like to add, though,
that I share Owen's concern that this might come at the cost of reduced
end-user freedom and potential proprietary forks.
