My bad, sorry. I've uploaded it to the right place now.

The reason the tarballs have odd timestamps is that they were moved
from colord.hughsie.com to their new home at freedesktop.org.

p.s. I'm thinking I should probably be signing the tarballs, or at
least providing some sort of checksum; does anybody know of a standard
way to generate such a additional file? So far I've got:

sha1sum colord-0.1.11.tar.xz > colord-0.1.11.tar.xz.sha1
gpg -b -a colord-0.1.11.tar.xz
