[colord] New release coming up!

I'm going to be doing a new release soon, and am basically asking for
two things:

* If you're a translator, please refresh any of the missing strings
you can find in Transifex:
https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/colord/
* If you're a geek, please try out the latest code in git master.
There are several large changes that need good testing before the
release.
