[colord] colord and sane support

It looks like the ‘sane is a hatefully painful library, leaking fds like
nobody's business’ hypothesis has some significant legs.

Check out the sweet graph on errors.ubuntu.com for the 12.10 colord
package - the cliff the error reports fall off is after I uploaded a
package where colord-sane is spawned for each uevent poll and then
immediately exits.

I'll clean up the patch and send it to re-add libsane support to colord;
I think it does indeed fix almost all¹ of the colord-sane bugs.

¹: In the measure-theoretic sense ☺
