between 0.1.34 and 1.0.0 broke the libcolord ABI without an SONAME 
bump. Can we release a 1.0.1 with SONAME of libcolord.so.2?

Relatedly, I note that 3bd8a698e4340 on master unbumps SONAME after an 
ABI break. I, at least, *will* need (or, at least, strongly desire) to 
be anal about that. Could we re-break that, possibly to libcolord.so.3?
