[colord] no cd_devce_get_profiles_sync in cd-device-sync.c

There's no cd_device_get_profiles_sync function in cd-device-sync.c, and 
corresponding function for Python Colord.Device.   Is there are reason 
for this?  I'd like to be able to navigate from Colord.Device to its 
profiles.  Trying to use Colord.Device.get_profiles() segfaults (as 
expected).
