[colord] SNMP broadcast when plugging/unplugging usb devices

Hello,

I have noticed that every time I connect or disconnect any kind of usb
devices (mice, u2f keys, flash drives) colord or something very closely
related to colord sends an snmp broadcast.

I have tried searching about this on google but I have not found
anything regarding this behavior, can anyone shed some light on this or
point me in the right direction?
