[compiz] Misc WM buglets

Then it must be introduced in CVS, because that's what I'm using (not 
quinns tree).

I can see this with only compiz and a few xterms, so I'm 99% sure there 
are no big invisible windows or anything like that. Anyhow now I know 
David doesn't see it I'll investigate.
