[compiz] [PATCH] Add show_desktop binding to trigger desktop mode

Hey there.

The patch adds a binding (default "<Control><Alt>d" like Metacity) to
trigger (on/off) the "ShowDesktopMode". Initially I implemented a
"just-minimize-all-windows" functionality but I guess switching modes is
the desired way.
