[compiz] repository is currently missing compiz/images/background.png

Greetings everybody!

	I just checked out compiz and tried to compile it, when make got stuck
in compiz/images complaining about a missing background.png. Either
compiz/images/Makefile.am was not updated or somehow
compiz/images/background.png was accidentally removed form the
repository.
