[compiz] compiz and video

Hi, thanks for the answer, yes, I am using the new version of the nvidia driver. I was not too much concerned with the white screen though, it never bothered me enough to downgrade, because the video somehow worked. I was just interested in why is it that video sometimes works with the xv direver and sometimes it doesnt, whether there was something, some setting that I could change. Thanks again
