[compiz] compiz 0.3.2 on openSUSE

Hi,

I finally managed to get compiz on openSUSE up-to-date (0.3.2). I tested
them on SL10.1, on which they seem to work so far.

Packages are currently building - some base package seems to have
triggered the whole tree, so this will take some time.

Additional plugins are next on my agenda.
