[compiz] Tried out Beryl (Animation pugin)

That's why the gconf configuration is a plugin. Don't like it, choose 
another or write one yourself (or don't save settings at all). I don't 
know if beryl/quinn compiz has his own as a plugin (I don't have it here 
to take a look) but that's the way I think things should be done. Then 
pass on the command line the plugin for the config to use. I don't like 
the idea of disabling/enabling one config or the other via build 
options, for distro's that doesn't make much sense, the user can install 
both gnome and kde, then, what would you do? Having the plugins built 
and then packaged separately so you have the right dependencies (gnome + 
compiz requires gconf-plugin) allows for that. That doesn't solve how to 
launch compiz, but then, that today is being done by hand anyway.
