[compiz] No window decorator

I get this as well. With the latest code (gandalfn's dev repo), I cannot
run Compiz either: "GLX_texture_from_pixmap is missing". It clearly
isn't (using an i915). Beryl works, so that's how I test
gtk-window-decorator (which I prefer to Emerald, as I prefer Compiz to
Beryl).
