[compiz] Scale Plugin and Keyboard input?

Hi,

I like the idea of scaling all windows, zooming in and typing or clicking in 
one of the windows. Somewhere on the forums I read that a feature is needed 
in Xorg/Xgl that will be available with Version Xorg 7.2.

Is there some more information available?
