[compiz] Compiling from source (0.4.0)

Hi to the whole list and **THANKS** for all the job you've done since now!
Keep that great work up, guys!

I would like to know what the `--with-default-plugins' make options
means and how to use it -- I mean:
`--with-default-plugins="foo,bar,...,some,more,stuff"' and what
`--with-max-desktops' will do.

PS: I apologize if I am writing in the wrong place.
