[compiz] Compiz slow when playing some videos?

Maybe it's the decoding that uses a lot of resources and makes your
whole system slow. Which process is using most CPU? The X server or the
media player?

There shouldn't be any artifacts. Are you actually seeing drawing
artifacts or is it just slow?
