[compiz] Button order issues

Hi, all.
I've put together the original patch and posted it to the forums.
I'm slightly concerned about licencing issues: Most of the patch
(parsing the button_order gconf option) is taken verbatim from
metacity, thus that code is GPL-only. Just FYI.
