[compiz] [PATCH] Correct linking for png-plugin

If compiled with LDFLAGS="-Wl,--as-needed", compiz fails to correctly link the 
png-plugin.

Attached patch fixes it (though I don't know if this is the correct way to do 
this in autotools).
