[compiz] video plugin update

Thanks... Does it fix the bug (is it a bug?) that didn't allow
mplayer-based players (like smplayer/kplayer/kmplayer...) not to use the
video plugin (pratically just (g)mplayer did)?

However, is there any chance for this to be merged in mplayer code?

And again, please, could you do something similar for libxine? I've
started something, but I've not so much knowledge... :/

PS: Maybe you'd know but this patch/plugin is quite vital for Mesa DRI
users since it allows to have accelerated videos completely working
under compiz too.
