[compiz] KWD crashes

I got this whilst changing to the laptop theme.

It happens both with changing to laptop and starting with it enabled.

Starting program: /usr/bin/kde-window-decorator --sync --replace

Other people on the forum are having problems with Crystal and
shade on mouse wheel function (kcontrol->Desktop->Window Behavior
-> Titlebar actions)
