[compiz] compLogMessage to a file?

I have such a plugin (dumping debug output to a file, including
timestamps, filenames automatically generated from PID and time/date)
lying around for some time. I meant to publish it sometime ago, but
forgot about it. I will do so this week.

I don't think a core patch for that makes sense because hardly anyone
wants to have files with his/her compiz debug output. IMO it makes a lot
of sense to have something like that in a plugin that can be enabled
when needed.
