I talked about input transformation with some guys from the Metisse
project a couple months ago (they have some pretty impressive stuff
working). From what I understood, they said X.org was going to manage
input redirection in the server and that it was a bad idea, for instance
if we were running multiple composite managers to render the same
windows differently on different screens. So they said the knowledge of
input redirection should be left in the composite managers and that
X.org didn't choose the right design. Any comments?
