[compiz] error - Annotate Plugin (Unable to choose colors) [SOLVED]

	As with the frozen run command, 'Fade to Desktop' again was the 
offending plugin. Disabling 'Fade to Desktop' cured the problem. There 
appears to be a significant bug in 'Fade to Desktop' that affects 
dialogs in general and randomly.
