You're not launching compiz with the 'ccp' plugin, but with the glib
and gconf ones, so your settings in ccsm will be completely ignored.
You need to install libcompizconfig, if you haven't already, and launch
compiz with the ccp plugin.

Also the fact that you are starting compiz with the compiz.real command
suggests that you are on Ubuntu or Debian.  Both of which should load
compiz with the 'ccp' plugin if you just start it with the command
'compiz'.  No need to set any variables or pass any options.

Finally, there are a lot more users on the compiz-fusion forums than on
the mailing list, so you are generally more likely to get a response
