[compiz] Which effects are 3D and which are 2D?

The Compiz++ architecture has the rendering backend factored out as the
OpenGL plugin.  It's technically possible to write an XRender plugin,
which would mean compiz wouldn't depend on 3D support for all effects
(although some, like wobbly, depend explicitly on the opengl plugin).

That obviously doesn't apply to the current compiz releases; for them,
3D is required for everything.
