[ConsoleKit] multi-seat branch recent changes

Hi Ray,

I tried the latest ConsoleKit multi-seat branch and GDM
display-configuration branch on Solaris. So far so good.

I fixed two build issue for ConsoleKit

    Replace strverscmp with strcmp because it is not available on
Solaris.
