[ConsoleKit] Attach a device to a 'display'?

Hello,

I understand I can track users (when the login, on which display, etc)
by using ConsoleKit. Is that right?

Well, anyway, can I use this to grant permission to use a device for a
user? For example, this is the output of ck-list-sessions:

Session18:
	unix-user = '1001'
	realname = 'Martin Bastiaan,,,,'
	seat = 'Seat1'
	session-type = ''
	active = FALSE
	x11-display = ':1'
	x11-display-device = '/dev/tty9'
	display-device = ''
	remote-host-name = ''
	is-local = TRUE
	on-since = '2009-07-17T07:13:41.266284Z'
	login-session-id = ''
Session14:
	unix-user = '1000'
	realname = 'Martijn Bastiaan,,,'
	seat = 'Seat1'
	session-type = ''
	active = FALSE
	x11-display = ':0'
	x11-display-device = '/dev/tty7'
	display-device = ''
	remote-host-name = ''
	is-local = TRUE
	on-since = '2009-07-17T06:52:02.688030Z'
	login-session-id = ''

Can I attach ALSA-sound card 0xfe024000 (PCI:00:14.2) to x11-display :1?

Thanks,
Martijn
