Hello,

I'm using ConsoleKit 0.3.1, and would like to know the following is right:

after logging in on my KDE desktop, I check the seats and sessions with
ck-list-sessions:

Session1:
        unix-user = '4000'
        realname = 'Stef Bon'
        seat = 'Seat1'
        session-type = ''
        active = TRUE
        x11-display = ':0'
        x11-display-device = '/dev/tty7'
        display-device = ''
        remote-host-name = ''
        is-local = TRUE
        on-since = '2009-11-23T08:28:47.913671Z'
        login-session-id = ''
Session2:
        unix-user = '4000'
        realname = 'Stef Bon'
        seat = 'Seat2'
        session-type = ''
        active = FALSE
        x11-display = ':0'
        x11-display-device = ''
        display-device = ''
        remote-host-name = ''
        is-local = TRUE
        on-since = '2009-11-23T08:28:48.108118Z'
        login-session-id = ''

This can't be right! I've only one seat, so the second seat should not
be there. The second session is used by a program called kwrited.
After the command w I get:
 10:00:13 up 39 min,  2 users,  load average: 0.22, 0.29, 0.17
USER TTY LOGIN@ IDLE JCPU PCPU WHAT
sbon     :0        09:28   ?xdm?   3:53   0.01s /bin/sh
/opt/kde-4.3/bin/startkde
sbon     pts/0     09:28   31:18   0.00s  0.01s /opt/kde-4.3/bin/kwrited

I've read here:

http://wiki.genunix.org/wiki/index.php/design_for_newgdm_consolekit_multiseat_multidisplay

that current ConsoleKIt does not really support multiseat: Seat1 is for
local sessions, and Seat2 for remote.
So according to this document the above is also wrong, right??

Please givesome comment, I cannot figure out what the current status of
ConsoleKit is, and what it does and what not.

Stef Bon
