There is currently a project underway to add back a similar feature
except not with gdmdynamic, but a new program called ck-seat-tool.

There are patches in the works.  If you want to build ConsoleKit and
GDM with these patches, then you could test this out.

I am also attaching a gdmdynamic wrapper that calls ck-seat-tool, if you
want to continue using gdmdynamic syntax.

Hopefully this code will be included in GDM 2.28, but currently there
is no MultiSeat or gdmdynamic-like features in GDM versions 2.21 through
2.26.
