[ConsoleKit] Shutting down the CK mailing list?

Guys,

I think CK is pretty dead now, given that even Ubuntu switched away from
it. The web site already contains a message clarifying that it is dead.

I'd also like to shutdown the mailing list now (keeping it around only
for the archive, but disallowing any traffic on it, so that I won't get
any spam mail anymore regarding it).

I will go ahead with this unless somebody can make a very good case why
this should not happen.
