[CREATE] NEW WIKI!

Hello, everyone. I have added a mediawiki to the create project
accessible via this URL: http://create.freedesktop.org/wiki

Nicu, could you add the link to this wiki on the front page please.

I have not done anything more to the project face. It has full group
permissions on the server for the create group members, and I left it so
that anyone can edit with/without a username/password.

Please everyone take the liberty to add some content, move some specs
over to that page, etc.

PS: Now time to figure out how to install mediawiki onto sf.net...which
is now more difficult due to their new web policy...arg...
