Hi Alexandre,

Please check a new doc you make with Scribus 1.3.1cvs. You will see the basic 
implementation of spot and registration colour in the document format. 
Nothing special, but this will be pushed into the colour swatch files we use. 

On talking to Riku (Tsoots), he has said he will being a new XML 
implementation of colour files, in in standard C++ so theres no GTK or Qt 
reliance for this stuff.
