[CREATE] Krita support for create

I've got one half of create support in: brushes etc. in the /usr/share/create 
directory are found by Krita now. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to 
do the same for the $HOME/.create hierarchy with KDE's dirs and resources 
framework, but I guess I'll find out in time for the 1.5 release.
