Should I write him an invitation email since I have started this thread?

P.S. Should we keep crossposting or subscribe everyone to create@ or
to some openraw@ list? I personally don't feel much comfortable since
web archives won't log everything if we keep going this way. But,
well, i can live with that. It's just a matter of organization.
