[CREATE] Accounts + Group Access

Hello everyone,

Anyone who already has an freedesktop.org account and still needs to be
added to the create group, please email me.

Also, those of you developers that still need freedesktop.org server
access, please email me the required information which can be found
here: http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/AccountRequests

I really want to get access spread out so this project can move along
and not get bottlenecked by me being the only one with access. :)
